Peggy Ann Manuel Collins, age 82, of Max Meadows, VA went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 30, 2024. She was born November 25, 1941 in Wythe County, daughter of the late John Harvey Manuel and Annie Pearl Quesenberry Manuel. She was also preceded in death by five brothers, two sisters and a great-grandchild. Peggy loved her family and the Lord.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Collins; her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and David Leland of Max Meadows; two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard "Rickey" II and Carla Collins of Chesterfield, VA and Eric James and Barbara Collins of Max Meadows; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Barnett Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Addison and Pastor Herman Cress officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 3rd at Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.
