Peggy Ann Sitzler Good, age 70, of Max Meadows, VA died Sunday, September 17, 2017. She was born March 8, 1947 in Parma, Ohio, daughter of the late Carl and Lois Conner Sitzler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Danny Good. Peggy was a founding member of the WCC Concert Band. She was very active in her church and served as choir director at the Greensboro Congregation of United Church of God an International Association. She was president of Commonwealth Manufacturing and Development, Inc. She was a part-time bookkeeper for the Southwest Virginia Legal Aid Society.

Peggy is survived by her son, Kevin M. and Shawna Good of Max Meadows, VA; daughter, Kelly Good and Joe Diamond of Willis, VA; three grandchildren, Ethan Diamond, Logan Diamond and Allison Diamond; sister, Susan Brunecz of Ohio; brothers, Tom Sitzler of Rapid City, SD and Carl Sitzler of Corpus Christi, TX.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Barnett Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Scott officiating. Interment will follow in West End Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
