Phyllis Ann Webb Alley departed this world for her Heavenly Home on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at her home. She was born December 28, 1954 to the late Herbert and Bobbie Webb in Ivanhoe, VA. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Kay Grimes and Shirley Webb.

Phyllis is survived by her husband of 48 years, Danny K. Alley of the home; her brother, Leon (Paula) Alley of Max Meadows; special cousin, Rickey Mabe and Misty; special friends, Patsy and Angie Mills; her church family and Ivanhoe Senior Group and the Ivanhoe Civic League where she served for many years. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Fairview Community Church in Ivanhoe.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the church with the Reverend Martha Luper and Reverend Roger Collins officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
