Randall McNabb Dunford, 79, went to meet Jesus on December 23, 2025, at Mountain Laurel Nursing Home in Rural Retreat. He knew where he was going and was ready to meet the Lord. Randall was born on August 11, 1946 and was a member of the Rural Retreat Baptist Church. He was easy-going, hard-working, and forgiving. Randall loved going to church and loved his church family. His hobbies were woodworking, ham radio, watching westerns and the Discovery channel, and spending time with family and friends. Randall was proceeded in death by his wife Stephanie, his parents Frank and Margaret Dunford, brother James "Jim" McNabb, father-in-law and mother-in-law Clyde and Diana Shinault.

Survivors include his sister-in-law Renee and Deron Porter; brothers-in-law Richard and Dawn Shinault, David and Jewel Shinault, Kevin and Kara Shinault, Brad Shinault; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Rural Retreat Baptist Church on January 11, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Private burial at Olive Branch Cemetery.
