Reba Lucille Kincer age 81 of Rural Retreat, VA passed away early Friday, July 28, 2023 at her home.  She was born on July 20, 1942 the daughter of the late Joseph Douglas King and Amanda Hall King. She was a faithful member of the Sharon Baptist Church and was preceded in death by a brother, Wallace King: sisters, Myrtle Trivett, Mozelle Bridges and Lena Gay Matney.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, James R. "Red" Kincer; children, Randy Kincer, Jeanie Clark; grandchildren, Jessica Browning, Brittany Clark; great grandchildren, Charleigh, Lilly, Harrison, Waylon, Reagan; sisters, Charlotte Kincer, Betty Montgomery; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will held 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Sharon Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Rutherford officiating with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
