Rebecca S. Adams, 74, of Max Meadows, passed away Monday, December 16, 2024. Born September 25, 1950 in Wytheville VA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Hazel Stoots Monday.

She liked to cook. She loved music and making others happy. She liked to take care of others. She was a graduate of Summit School of cosmetology where she also taught. She loved to spend time with her grandkids and enjoyed buying them things.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Joey Monday, GT Monday and Terry Monday; sister Brenda Adams.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Adams of the home; two sons, Justin Adams and fiancée, Amber Lephew of Max Meadows, Jason Adams and fiancée, Kristin Green of Max Meadows; four grandchildren, Elysa Adams, Sydney Shinault, Gauge Adams and Grant Adams; brother, Hal Monday and wife Shirley of Max Meadows; sisters, Joncie Bressi of Quebec, Canada, Sandy Harman of Myrtle Beach SC and Valerie Monday of North Carolina.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
