Robert (Bobby) Anthony Burris, age 66, of Millboro, VA passed away peacefully on March 14, 2024 at his mother's residence in Wytheville, VA. He was born October 24, 1957 in Baltimore, MD, the son of Emma Jean Burris and the late Robert P. Burris. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Kay Burris and step-daughter, Dorrene Tilson.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Burris; his sisters, Debra Burris, Shirley Burris, Patricia Billiter and Susie Burris; his children, June Burris and Melissa Burris; step-son, B.J. Tilson; Six grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Sharon Baptist Church, Rural Retreat, VA.
