Robert Crockett Cline, age 82, of Crockett, VA passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026. He was born May 28, 1943 in Cripple Creek, son of the late Dewey F. Cline, Sr. and Ida Wright Cline. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Edna Cline Fulton and a brother, Dewey F. “Slick” Cline, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Verna Cline, of Crockett; two sons, Kevin Cline and Darrell and wife Lisa Cline, all of Speedwell; a daughter, Patricia and husband Ronald Alley of Austinville; a brother, Frank and wife Judy Cline of Pageland, SC; a sister, Ellen Mabe of Lorraine,OH. 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

There will be no services. Barnett Funeral Home, Wytheville, VA is serving the Cline family.
