Robert "Bobert" Charles Lawson, 65, of Max Meadows VA, passed away, Friday, July 7, 2023. Born January 28, 1958, in Pulaski VA, he was the son of the late Kelly and Lauretta Vaughan Lawson

He Loved to ride horses and go camping. He loved his grandchildren. He worked in the mines for New Jersey Zinc in Austinville, and for Volvo for 32 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Tammy Lawson of Max Meadows VA, daughter Michelle Lawson of Max Meadows VA, son Dustin Lawson, one brother K.W. Lawson and wife Mary Lynn of Chilhowie VA, ten grandchildren, Logan Lawson, Bailey Lawson, Dakotah Lawson, Hailey Dalton, Jace Lawson, Cailey Dalton, Brody Lawson, Shailey Dalton, Ryleigh Lawson, Mailey Lawson, special friends, Robert Dawson, Judy Gordon, Keith Chrisley and Joe Ettwein. (sister), Joyce Holcomb. Several nieces and nephews and extended family members.

Funeral Services will be conducted Monday July 10, 2023, at 7 p.m. at Barnett Funeral Home in Wytheville, burial will follow on Tuesday July 11, 2023, at 12 noon at Mount Zion  Community Church Cemetery.

Friends may call Monday, July 10, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Barnett Funeral Home in Wytheville VA.
