Roger Lee King, age 76, of Woodlawn, VA passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022. He was born May 19, 1945 in Wythe County, son of the late William and Mary McRoberts King. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sister. Roger was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa King; a son, John King ; daughter, Kim and Doug Dalton all  of Ivanhoe, VA; two brothers, Paul "Pee Wee" and Melinda "Tiny" King of Ivanhoe and Doug King of Patterson; two sisters, Peggy and Robert Burnett of Ivanhoe, Rowena and Freddie Lephew of Austinville; special friend and her children, Linda Dalton, Chelsea and Jonathan Delp, Tony and Tina Dalton all of Woodlawn; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Reese Funeral Home with the Reverend Jeff Pickett officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening, April 8 ^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the funeral service at the Skyview-Webb Cemetery in Fancy Gap, VA.
