Ruby Marie Nester Hall, age 93, of Austinville, VA passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017. She was born December 30, 1923 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Harbert Heath Nester and Essie Mae Thomas Nester.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Argle Hall. Ruby is survived by three daughters, Lois F. Hall of Austinville, VA, Leta Hall Pittman of Charlotte, NC and Vanessa J. Hall of Blacksburg, VA; two grandsons, John C. Pittman and James I. Pittman; several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the Barnett Funeral Home with the Reverend Mike Ingo officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
