Ruth Alma Spraker, age 100, of Wytheville, VA (the Cripple Creek community) passed away Monday, November 25, 2024. She was born March 14, 1924 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Walter and Bertha Umberger. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Spraker, three brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Jones and Donna Lambert; one sister, Paige Fielder; five grandchildren, Billy Lambert, Casey Jones, Brian Lambert, Timmy Jones and Kristin Jones; five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 29,2024 at Calvary Church from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Graveside service will follow in Davis Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Eddie Frye officiating.

The family would like to thank Grayson Rehab in Independence, VA and Medi Hospice for their excellent care.
