Sandra Kay Grubb Cox, age 60, of Max Meadows, VA passed away Friday, April 15, 2022. She was born December 16, 1961 in Welch, WV and was preceded in death by her father, Charles Wesley Grubb, Sr., brother, Charlie Grubb, daughter, Julie Cowley and husband, Donald Lee Cowley.

Survivors include her mother, Mary Grubb Martin; 2 daughters, April Glass and Amanda Cowley; son, Charles Lloyd Cowley; 3 brothers, Roger Grubb, Billy Grubb, Larry and Donna Grubb; a sister, Patricia and Junior Sage; sister-in-law, Wanda Grubb; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the Barnett Funeral Home with the Reverend Michael Hoback officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour before service time.

Interment will follow in the West End Cemetery. Barnett Funeral Home, Wytheville, VA is serving the family.
