Stacy "Cowboy" Lee McAllister, age 52, of Rural Retreat, passed away January 29, 2024. He was born March 20, 1971. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Cox, his father Dennis McAllister.

Stacy grew up enjoying the outdoors. Shooting bows, hunting and fishing. He liked playing horse shoes while hanging with his friends. Stacy was quite the comedian that he could make anyone laugh no matter the situation. Stacy's absence will be felt  by many for years to come.

Stacy is survived by his son Chad McAllister, daughter Kayla McAllister, grandson Aiden Grubb, step-father James Cox, step-mother Louis McAllister, 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and several nieces and nephews. Special friends Allison and "Little" Mike Holston, and Chris Hampton.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
