Steven Allen Champagne, age 69, of Rural Retreat, VA passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024. He was born June 11, 1955 to the late Paul and Verina Champagne.

Survivors include his wife, Abby Champagne; daughter, Melanie Jean Champagne; two sons, Steven William Champagne and William Cody Champagne; step-daughter, Heather Stanley; two step-sons, Reverend Michael Hoback and Jeremy Hoback; sister, Cynthia Champagne; two brothers, Bryce Champagne and Wayne Champagne; two grandchildren, Brittney Lam and Dakota Allen Champagne.

Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Wytheville First Assembly of God Church with the Reverend Michael Hoback officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1 p.m. service time.
