Susan Collins Horton

Susan Lee Collins Horton, age 64, of Rural Retreat, VA passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026. She was born in Wythe County and was preceded in death by her mother, Sally Alley Collins.

Survivors include her father, Leon Collins; two daughters, Sierra Horton and Santana Horton; a son, Ty Horton; two grandchildren, Kai Horton and Axel Edmonds; a brother, Danny Collins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2026 at the Fairview Church in Ivanhoe with the Reverend Harry Grubb officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 p.m. service time. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
