Tammy Bledsoe - Humphreys, age 54 of Rural Retreat, VA passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017.  She was born In Lexington, NC on March 6, 1963 and was preceded in death by her father, Jake Briles and her first husband, Larry Bledsoe.

She is survived by her husband, Troy Humphreys; sons, Philip Bledsoe and Jessica Williams of Rural Retreat, Jesse Bledsoe and Jessica Bryant of Fleetwood, NC; two grandchildren, Kylie Bledsoe, Kanyon Todd; her mother, Harriett Pullam of Trinity, NC; a sister, Vickie Hinesley and Mark of Ramseur, NC; two brothers, Tim Briles and Lori, Doug Briles and Rebecca all of Ashboro, NC; special friends and family who lovingly helped during her sickness; also several special nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 P.M. Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Lindsey Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jack Rutherford and Rev. David Osborne officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her memory to Asbury United Methodist Church or to the Sharon Baptist Church.
