Terence Allen Sayles, age 40, son of Bridget S. and Roger W. Spencer of Max Meadows, VA and Charles A. and Angel Howard of Wytheville, VA was born October 11, 1981 in Wytheville, VA. He attended Fort Chiswell High School and graduated in the Class of 1999. He attended Franklin Street United Methodist Church in Wytheville.

Terence served in the United States Navy from 2001 to 2006 and was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia.

As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, he was loved by many. His million dollar smile and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him. He departed this life on Saturday, April 23, 2022 due to injuries sustained from a car accident.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Warren H. and Augusta A. Sayles and paternal grandfather, Walker L. Howard.

His life will forever be cherished in the lives of his children: Jaylin Amari Sayles of Max Meadows and Avarie "Ava" Rayne Sayles of Bland, VA; a brother, Chadwick "Chad" Dion Sayles of Max Meadows; grandmother, Wilma T. Austin of Max Meadows; significant other, Casie G. Pruitt of Bland; special nieces, Destiny R. Sparks and Danika R. Sayles of Wytheville. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the Franklin Street United Methodist Church with Pastor Harry Grubb officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before service time.
