Thelma Katherine Taylor Morris, age 98, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023. She was born July 17, 1925. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Robert F. "Frank" Morris; her parents, James Taylor and Alice Hall Taylor; her sister, Rachel Taylor Poff and her brother, James H. Taylor.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Sarah Morris and many nephews, nieces and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the Barnett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in West End Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
