Thomas Guill Barker, age 77, of Dublin, VA passed away Monday, December 8, 2025. He was born November 15, 1948 in Grayson County, son of the late Saint Barker and Elva Waller Barker. He was also preceded in death by an infant brother.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Bradley and Jennifer Barker of Dublin; two grandsons, Andrew Barker and Caleb Barker; a sister, Sharon Barker of Rural Retreat; a brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Shannon Barker of Oklahoma; former spouse and special friend, Phyllis and Gayle Bolt of Independence, VA; special friends, Nola Humphrey, Clinton Willie, Virgil and Freda Sexton.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, December 12, 2025 at Mt. Hope Church with the Reverend Matt Linkous officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time at noon. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Mt. Hope Church.
