Wanda Anita Redd, age 88, of Springfield, VA, formerly of Bluefield, VA passed away April 20, 2017. She was born April 28, 1928 in Hensley, West Virginia, daughter of the late Roby and Luta Cline Redd. She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Redd Howard. Wanda was a member of Edgemont Baptist Church in Bluefield, WV.  She is survived by two nephews, John Howard and wife Diane of Northern Virginia, Thomas Howard and wife Jody of Kansas, two nieces, Sylvia Walker and husband, Brian of Maryland, Teresa Pagnella of Northern Virginia, three grandnieces, Samantha Pagnella, Janell and Courtney Howard, one grandnephew, Brian "Jake" Walker.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Barnett Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in West End Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday one hour before service time.
