William Herbert Bell, Jr., age 72, of Ivanhoe, VA passed away Monday, July 21, 2025. He was born February 7, 1953 in Wythe County, the son of the late William H. Bell, Sr. and Ida Madelyn Moss Bell.

Survivors include a daughter, Chasity Russell of Wytheville; two sons, Chris and Rebecca Russell of Abingdon, VA and B.J. Bell of Ivanhoe; a sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Scott Gilbert of Kingsport, TN; a brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Pepper Bell of Wytheville. Five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.

There will be no services.
