William Rudolph Kincer, age 81, of Wytheville, VA passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017. He was born July 11, 1936 in Wythe County, the son of the late Branscome Miller Kincer and Cleo Hensley Kincer. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Christine M. Kincer a step-son, Raymond Sharitz; son-in-law, Frank Anders; two brothers, Branscome Kincer, Jr. and Danny Kincer; two sisters, Patsy Jean Blevins and Judy Gail Kincer. He is survived by his son, Tony and Judy Kincer of Wytheville; daughter, Tamie Cartwright and Jeff Wright of Max Meadows; step-son, Larry Sharitz of Wytheville; two step-daughters, Barbara Anders of Wytheville and Linda Creger of Wytheville; sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; four sisters, Frances Montgomery of Galax, Wanda Cline of Galax, Glenda Dunford of Wytheville, Sharon Melton of Galax; brother-in-law, Garnett King of Wytheville; sister-in-law, Lorene Houseman of Wytheville; aunt, Kathleen Kuehl of Wytheville; caregiver and special cousin, Carol Poston and Bill; caregiver, Kathy Shupe; host of nieces and nephews. Upon his request there will be no services.
