Yvonne Elaine Smith, age 67, of Rural Retreat, Va. passed away Monday, August 11, 2025. She was born in Rome, NY on January 1, 1958. She was preceded in death by her biological father Leon John Witchley, mother Deanna Roberts Parks and step-father Robert Parks.

She is survived by her husband William "Bill" Smith; daughters Dawn Ebert, Kristy Marie Sark; grandchildren Chase, Carsen, Cole, Amber Marie, Danielle Ann;  5 great grandchildren; step-children William Michael Smith, Samuel Travis Smith, Brandy Reshae Ball, Christopher John Smith; sisters Anita Elliott, Gay Swearengin, Patty Guthrie, Wendy Cole and Bonnie Akers; brothers Roy Parks, and Teddy Witchley.
