Michael Wayne Fowler, age 65, of Wytheville, VA passed away Monday, July 16, 2018. He was born January 5, 1953, the son of the late Roy and Irene Meyer Fowler. He was preceded in death by his brother, Anton Fowler. Michael was a United States Army veteran and is survived by two daughters, Felecia Fowler and Jason Dickens, Angie and Barry Catron  all of Wytheville; five grandchildren, Chloe, Ainsley, Christian, Chase and Tyler; three brothers, Thomas and Darlene Fowler of Wytheville, David and Judy Fowler of Tazewell, VA and Charles Fowler of Wytheville. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2018 at Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin, VA. VFW and National Guard will conduct graveside military rites. Barnett Funeral Home, Wytheville, VA is serving the Fowler family.
